Jason left the corporate world to embark on a successful career in real estate. He knew immediately that he had made the right choice and worked hard to build his distinguished reputation. Jason joined Equity Real Estate in late 2012 after six years as a business consultant. While there, he led a team that continually ranked in the top in Sales & Productivity nationally.

One of the first things we as humans learn in life is that absolutely nothing is guaranteed. Real Estate is no exception. While working with Sellers and Buyers, Loan Officers and Escrow Officers, Appraisers and home inspectors has its rewards, The bottom line is that we never know what is going to happen in a real estate transaction. All we can do is the best we can to prepare, write a solid contract, and perform our fiduciary duty until the settlement date.

Jason loves every aspect of Real Estate and would often find himself looking at each home through the buyers eyes, picking out issues of concern either in roofing, electrical or structural, he couldn't help it, drawing for his years of experience from either an assistant foreman in the Carpenters Union, where he earned certifications in lead & asbestos removal, or in commercial construction building Retirement Homes and Coca-cola plants in California, where concrete, drywall quickly became second hand, later in life Jason would be referred by his Family & Friends as “A jack of all trades" as there is very little that Jason hasn't had experience in some capacity.

Jason has a very unique opportunity to serve the State of Utah as a Certified Property Inspector, having had the back ground in the Carpenters Union, Commercial Construction and his Certifications in Lead, Asbestos, & Radon, and lets not forget the thousands on homes Jason has been through as a Active Realtor, gives him the ability to not only put the clients needs first, but Jason also understands the unique relationship that an entire Real Estate transaction can have.

Jason Started Champion Inspect, Inc. to help home buyers and sellers in Salt Lake & Davis County, Utah to have the most trusted and knowledgeable Property Inspectors in the business

Our job as your Property Inspectors is to protect your best interests, it is about demonstrating honesty, integrity and hard work in every aspect of the process, Through our years of experience in business, construction, real estate, remodeling his own homes, and examining thousands of homes in Real Estate, Jason has learned what to look for to discover the typical "patch job" that homeowners do over the years to cover up problems.
