Pay At Closing We offer the ability to have your Property Inspection paid out at closing by the Title Company. Most of the time the Property Inspection is paid up front at the time of Scheduling or at the Property where the Inspection accures; Champion Inspect offers the opportunity to have the Property Inspection charges included in the closing costs.
